   Searching for information on parents of
   Spottswood H. Hughes,
   born in Amherst Co, VA about 1813,
   moved to Cabell Co, Wv where he enlisted in
   U.S. Army during the War with Mexico.

   Died in Mexico City in 1847.

   Wife Paulina Jenkins.
   Father is possibly William Hughes and possibly a
   brother David G. Hughes.
